Export Regional Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Export Manager to join our expanding team and assist in managing our unique sales processes and organizing our global distribution network. This role involves supporting the sales team, organizing export sales, and coordinating marketing activities for the region, with regular reporting to the Sales Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE POSITION:

Expanding the distribution network with new partners, focusing on the European, American, and Asian markets.
Providing ongoing support to distributors, maintaining strong relationships, and supervising the sales process within the assigned region.
Representing the company at trade fairs and industry events.
The role is based in Łomianki, near Warsaw, with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. A reasonable amount of travel related to ongoing sales processes will be required.

Support Technical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team and provide support to our clients and distributors worldwide. This role involves demonstrating our products and guiding clients through the full processes of quality control and reverse engineering. Proficiency in CAD software, such as Solidworks, Geomagic, and Polyworks, is essential. However, additional training on specific software is available if you have a general understanding of CAD modelling and design.

Your responsibilities will include showcasing our solutions, providing technical support through tutorial recordings, implementing systems, and performing basic servicing of our optical 3D scanners. You will also be involved in both software and hardware testing, contributing to the further development of our current products. Therefore, a foundation in engineering and a passion for new technologies—particularly in metrology—are key.

A basic understanding of electronics and design will be advantageous. A technical background is required, and an engineering degree would be valuable for this role.

This job requires a reasonable number of travels (once a month) connected with support duties and implementation. After at least six months of experience there is a possibility to start working at one of our companies distributor sites worldwide or to be promoted as a head of technical support on different continents when your English level is fluent.
