German premiere of MICRON3D green stereo 20-20 Mpix at VISION 2021 in Stuttgart

This year SMARTTECH will be attending VISION, the world's leading trade fair for machine vision. It is one of the most important events concentrating on technology, trends, products, and systems- here the key players of the industry present innovations, and visitors can join in the exchange of opinions with experts and acquire new business contacts.

For SMARTTECH, a worldwide recognized Polish manufacturer of optical 3D scanners with over 20 years of experience, the event provides a great opportunity for the German premiere of the newest model of a 3D scanner. From 5th to 7th of October representatives of SMARTTECH, accompanied by the company’s distributor, Polytec, will be presenting MICRON3D green stereo 20-20 Mpix, a 3D scanner with the highest resolution available on the market, created for industrial applications.

That device perfectly fits the needs of modern enterprises that value technological solutions within the framework of the idea of industry 4.0. Thanks to its properties, the scanner is perfect for such applications as quality control or reverse engineering. The device has more than twice as good resolution as previous models of the same line. Dedicated software delivered with the scanner offers many possibilities, like for example advanced data processing or automated measuring of the volume and surface area of the object. It also allows to project the color map of deviation, generated automatically in the software, directly on the object- that unique feature is very useful in quality control, enabling speed and ease the whole process.
