SMARTTECH3Dmeasure guides the user through 3D scanning and data processing all the way up to a closed model ready for 3D printing or a final control report in PDF format. Thanks to unique data management algorithms, our software ensures smooth working conditions even with massive clouds of points (over 300 million) on standard laptops. The built-in function of adjusting the projection intensity and other measurement parameters makes it possible to scan objects with a glossy or dark surface.
AUTOMATED QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
The Quality Station measurement system is a comprehensive solution for quality control of geometrically complex objects. Thanks to the integration of the 3D scanner with the tilt-rotary table, the device allows for automatic and precise measurement of the object. The SMARTTECH3Dmeasure dedicated software allows for instant comparison of the measured part with the reference CAD model and generation of an individual control report in PDF format. Such a combination enables the user to fully automate the entire inspection process without the need for operator intervention.
